Find your time. Fill your classes.
Refresh your revenue
June can feel like the hardest month to keep momentum
The Term 1 energy has settled. Concert prep looms. Enrolments feel slow. And somewhere under the admin and the parent emails and the staff questions — you wonder if you’re actually moving forward.
😩
You’re spending your best hours on tasks that could be automated or delegated
📉
June feels like a quiet enrolment month and you’re not sure how to change that
💸
There’s revenue sitting in your studio you haven’t found yet — and you know it
🔁
You’re still the bottleneck — if you step back, things wobble
Three days. Three wins.
One hour each morning.
Each session delivers a specific, practical result you can implement immediately — not theory, not inspiration, actual work.

→ Live time audit — we do it together in real time
→ Identify the tasks draining your highest-value hours
→ Find what AI, staff or systems can take off your plate
→ Leave with one specific change to make this week
Find hidden enrolments already sitting inside your studio — no new marketing needed.
→ The Hidden Enrolment Audit — 4 places to look right now
→ Siblings, single-class students and wrong-fit families
→ New pathways to offer your existing students
→ A personal outreach message ready to send today
Find real money in your studio you’re currently not collecting — and put a number on it.
→ Pricing review — what a $5 increase really means
→ Concert and end of year pack planning
→ Retail, space hire and untapped revenue streams
→ Leave with an actual dollar figure of found money

I started my dance studio in 1989 in a hired hall with a few classes and a whole lot of heart. I grew it through hired halls, then bought a factory — fighting neighbours, council permits and soundproofing problems along the way.
Over 33 years I built a studio that touched almost every corner of this industry: recreational classes, competitive training, choreography, professional productions, and training teachers who went on to perform internationally.
I know what it feels like to be the bottleneck in your own business. To have built something meaningful that can’t breathe without you. And I know what it takes to change that — because I did it.
When COVID ended my studio journey, I chose to pour everything I’d learned into helping other studio owners build their version. That’s why I created DTO and the Studio Business Academy.
I’m not adjacent to this industry. I AM this industry.
What studio owners say
“
“SBA completely shifted the way I run my studio. I now have clear systems and processes in place that allow everything to run smoothly without relying on me for every little thing.”
“
“The knowledge is insightful, relevant and directly applicable to my studio life. I’ve gained confidence in making decisions that align with my values and long-term goals.”
“
“I get more help and support from my SBA community than any other event or group I have been part of.”
Ready to Reignite
your studio?
Three free live sessions. Three real wins. June 8, 9 & 10 at 10:30am AEST. This is your invitation.
Good to know
Reignite is designed for established dance studio owners who are already running classes and want to grow sustainably. Whether you’re in a big city or regional Australia, the strategies are designed to work with your specific situation — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
On Day 3 I’ll share information about the Studio Business Academy for those who want to continue this work beyond the three days. It’s a genuine invitation — not a hard sell. The three days deliver real value regardless of what you decide.
Nothing special. Registered attendees will receive optional pre-work before Day 1 — a simple worksheet that takes about 20 minutes and makes the sessions more impactful. Come with an open mind and be ready to do some real work.
