Kerrie Power’s journey in the dance industry began as a professional dancer in the late ’80s. By the age of 19, she had already opened her first studio — a bold move driven by passion, determination, and a vision much bigger than her dance shoes.
What started as a modest venture quickly grew into a thriving, full-scale performing arts school. Kerrie built her studio from the ground up, eventually growing it to the point where the business could purchase its own factory. Over the decades, she created programs across every area of studio life — recreational and competition training, exam-based syllabi, full-time and part-time courses — and led hundreds of dancers through industry-recognised pathways.
She’s walked through every phase of studio ownership:
