With over two decades as a performer across stage and screen, plus 10+ years as a studio owner, Josephine brings a rare behind-the-scenes understanding of both talent and business. She is the creator of Talent Manager Bootcamp and host of the Studio Talent Collective ~ the podcast, and now supports studio owners through Studio Talent Collective to step confidently into talent management and new revenue streams, and through The Greenroom – a social club designed to connect studio owners with industry peers.
