Katie Collins is the Founder and Director of Universal Entertainment Agency (UEA), a Melbourne-based talent and entertainment consultancy working across the performing arts, education, and youth development sectors.

With over 20 years’ experience as a performer, choreographer, and director, Katie has worked across stage, television, film, and large-scale public events. Alongside her creative career, she brings strong capability in youth wellbeing and behaviour support.

For the past three years, Katie has facilitated training sessions across Victorian schools for Tessa Inc., delivering programs that support student engagement and address challenging behaviours in alignment with Victorian Department of Education frameworks and best practice.

Katie holds a Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) and is a certified yoga instructor, enabling her to integrate trauma-informed practice, emotional regulation, and wellbeing strategies into her work. Her combined expertise positions her to effectively support young people, educators, and organisations in fostering safe, inclusive, and resilient learning environments.
