How to use the planner?
1. In the menu, click File.
2. Select “Make a copy” from the dropdown menu.
3. Name the Copy: Enter a name for the copied sheet in the “Name” field.
4. Choose Location: Choose the location where you want to save the copy, such as the same folder or a different one.
- If you want to copy comments from a document, spreadsheet, or presentation, click Copy comments and suggestions. You can choose to include resolved comments and suggestions in your new copy.
6. Click “Make a Copy”: Once you’ve set your preferences.
